Matt and Sarah Wenger are the owners of Wenger Marketing Group which is the parent company of New Market Group, LLC and BizGrowthSystems.com.
When not making their clients tons of money they like to travel, read books, exercise, watch interesting television shows, hang out with their 16 (and counting) nieces and nephews and enjoy deep conversation. They also enjoy doing a variety of stuff outside such as hiking, biking, rollerblading, and more. Sarah’s second job is putting up with Matt and his sarcastic personality.

Matt Wenger
Founder & CEO
As the Founder & CEO, Matt’s responsibilities include continually coming up with more work for everyone else to do, telling his employees, partners and co-workers to “figure it out” (in a nice way, of course) and he enjoys reading, exercising, riding motorcycles, motor sports, and plans to live abroad one day.
Sarah Wenger
COO & President of Client Development
Sarah is COO of New Market Group, LLC and her primary responsibilities include taking whatever Matt throws her way and putting it into a plan of action, implementing these ideas and providing training to the team. In her role as President of Client Development she works with clients to develop systems and marketing in their business. In her spare time she enjoys softball, scrap booking, cooking, reading, hiking, blogging, and traveling.
Duke McKinley
Lead Programmer
We Recruited him from the National Security Agency (you know, the people you hear breathing on your phone calls) and he is responsible for our phone, computer, and other technological systems that make you a fortune of money and help us track legitimate customer acquisition opportunities.
Due to his top secret clearance from working with the government and somewhat “checkered past” (have you seen the movie Catch Me if You Can?) we have actually never met Duke in person, and frankly haven’t been able to obtain a picture of him for our website. It is rumored that no known pictures of Duke McKinley exist. When we requested a picture from Duke himself we received this in return. One of his workstation, and one of him coding a program.
Kristen Cook
Manager of Logistics
Kristen is a God send when it comes to dealing with all the little (and not so little) details that make this business run smoothly. She is the tick to our tock, the butter to our bread, and to be honest we think she is pretty snazzy. When she isn’t keeping our team on track she is chasing around 2 beautiful girls, cooking, reading, or scrap booking.
Megan Shannon
Director of Call Analysis & Quality Control
One of the first workers of New Market Group, New Market Group LLC, and Wenger Marketing Group. Megan’s history of work dates back to the last decade. Her responsibilities include almost anything and everything, including but not limited to quality control of selling opportunities, systems building, account creation, website design, content writing, and more.
Holly Cooper
Director of Site Optimization
Holly’s main job involves search engine optimization which, translated, means trying to figure out what in the world Google, Bing, Yahoo, will do next to screw up the website rankings of small business owners. One of her business goals in life is to have Google call her for advice.

Why do we have a constitution? What are our core values? Put simply it is this. We do not believe in:
Selling stuff just to make us money. It has to be win for you, win for the client, win for us. Too many companies only care about making a sale and making money.
If you want us to provide you with something we do not currently offer, we will fully investigate the marketing channel and other things to see if it makes sense for you. We will do research. If we conclude that it is not in your best interest, we will tell you this. We will not accept your money EVEN if you want to go ahead and purchase something that you think is necessary. Here’s an example: Many times people ask, should I advertise on Facebook? The answer is: It depends. If you can generate a positive return on investment (make more money than you spend) that is acceptable to you, then YES, by all means, unless there are other avenues out there that yield higher returns on your money. At the same time you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket, so keep the importance of diversity in mind. Ideally, you don’t want to rely on just one thing in business to get clients.
We don’t believe the world revolves around us…or you. Look, we only have a short time to live on this planet, and there are many people who are suffering. We believe it is our responsibility to assist other people in need. We donate a significant percentage of our profits to the following organizations.

Think our life is hard? It probably is, but let’s keep it in perspective. Being confined to a wheel chair or other disabilities is not an easy way to live. We strive to help these individuals with our company profits. Easter Seals
3. The Matt Wenger luxury review
This is a charity designed to help provide insight into relevant luxury hotels. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I am 100% kidding.
4. Other legitimate charities that are focused on
- Efficiency
- Being good stewards with their resources and the donations they receive
We don’t want to donate money to charities or organizations that sit around all day having luncheons that are not accountable.
